They are delicious. Even better straight from the oven! My kids love them.
1 egg
1 cup mashed banana
2 tblspn vegetable oil
1/2 cup full fat natural yoghurt
11/4 Gluten Free Self Raising Flour
1 tspn cinnamon
Chuck it all into a bowl and mix.
Bake in a moderate oven until brown. About 10 minutes. Makes Approx 10 muffins.
